The experience
You choose your games when you arrive—there’s no need to decide when you book. Browse our game library to see what’s on offer, from family titles and shooters to VR escape rooms. During your session you can switch between games, so you can try more than one in a single visit (except for fixed-time experiences like our escape rooms). We’ll help you pick on the day to match your group.
In most cases, no. With free roam VR you’re actually walking and moving in a real arena, so your brain gets the same movement cues as in everyday life. That avoids the mismatch that often causes sickness in seated or static VR. The experience is built to be immersive without that downside.
Free roam VR means you play in a dedicated arena with wireless headsets and Striker VR Mavrik Pro controllers. You can walk, duck, and move around in real space instead of standing in one spot. You play with your friends in the same game – you see and interact with each other in the virtual world, whether you’re working as a team, competing, or exploring. No cables – it’s you moving in the real world, reflected in the game.
Wireless VR headsets and Striker VR Mavrik Pro controllers so you can move freely in the arena with no cables.
Yes. We have family titles from ages 8+ (e.g. Smurfs Blueberry Battle, Arctic Olympics), through to teens and adults. Our games focus on gameplay and teamwork, and we get great feedback from kids, parents and groups of all ages. The minimum age depends on the game – each game page shows the recommended age.
No. We brief everyone before they play, and the games are designed to be accessible. If you’re new to VR, we’ll take a bit more time to get you comfortable. Many of our first-time players are up and running within a few minutes.
Yes. Our headsets can accommodate most glasses. We have spacers to give a bit more room. If your frames are very large or you’re worried, contact us before you book and we can advise. Contact lenses are fine too.
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Avoid long, loose sleeves or anything that could get in the way. Trainers or flat shoes are best. The headsets go over your eyes, so heavy eye makeup or very large glasses can be awkward – we have spacer options for glasses wearers. We’ll give you a quick briefing before you play.
We offer 60 minute sessions. A 60 minute session typically includes 50 minutes of game play, plus briefing and debrief. Up to 6 can come per session; 4 play in the arena at once. The other 2 take turns and can swap in whenever you like. The 5th and 6th player prices are discounted to reflect that.
Planning your session
It depends on the game. We have family titles suitable for ages 8+ (e.g. Smurfs Blueberry Battle, Arctic Olympics), and others that are 11+, 12+, 13+ or 16+. Each game page shows the recommended age. Under-16s need to be accompanied by an adult. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you choose.
